Fully Operational with Safety Measures in Place

In light of the recent changes made by the Government, we want to reiterate that Better Mobility is open and fully operational. With additional safety measures in place, key personnel and following Government guidance, we are able to fulfil all Orders, Assessments and Deliveries.

Our absolute priority is the well-being of our clients, our associates and our staff, and you can be assured that the health and safety of all has our complete attention. We will continue to comply with all government advice and are taking all of the necessary measures to ensure that we maintain the highest possible hygiene standards throughout every aspect of our work while remaining available for your needs.

In addition to following Government guidelines, any staff you encounter will also wear a fresh pair of gloves or sanitise regularly before, after and during any delivery or assessment and all hire and demonstration equipment will undergo an additional round of disinfection before and after arrival at every destination. Please advise our staff prior to or at the appointment if you require gloves or additional PPE to that advised by the Government to be worn.

Booked appointments are required and Individual private assessments are available at our Chesham-based assessment centre (or at your chosen address, dependent on product and location). This dedicated space and time reduces your risk of exposure to other people in a clean and spacious environment that is disinfected after each and every appointment. We also have a large outdoor area that can be used for assessments in good weather. As per government guidelines, there may be restrictions on how many people may attend an appointment. Please contact the office for the latest rules on this prior to your appointment.
