Description
Compatible with almost any power or manual wheelchair, the Comfort Bodilink Head Support is available in 7 styles and in two models; Gear Teeth (GT) and Piano Taper (PT). Seamless integration with Acta-Series, Corpus, Tru-Comfort, and more.
- The PT hardware features piano-hinge style joints in combination with a double taper, resulting in the strongest hardware on the market, all while having the ability to "slip" before any catastrophic failure. Available with a tool-less wing lock option for on-the-spot adjustment.
- The GT hardware features sintered-metal gear teeth joints with 15° increments, resulting in a strong positive-lock.
Both GT and PT hardware have standardized fastener sizes and require fewer tools for easier installation. Mid-line and lateral-offset versions are available for both GT and PT. A mounting block is available for all Comfort Company, ROHO, Agility, Permobil Corpus, Quantum Tru-Balance2 & other OEM back supports.
Premium and Basic Pads are available:
- Premium Pads are available in 6 sizes and two firmness levels: soft and extra soft, while the pad shape and adjustment capabilities offer precise alignment, greater surface contact, stable positioning, and clear line of vision. Available in Comfort-Tek, Stretch-Air, and Glidewear.
- Basic Pads are available in 6 sizes, are constructed of high-resiliency foam and are moldable for contoured support. Available in Comfort-Tek and Stretch-Air.
Pad Cover types are as follows;
GlideWear - For Skin Protection and Shear Reduction, not fluid resistant
Comfort-Tek - Fluid Protection and Easily Cleanable Surface
Stretch-Air - Air Transmission and Heat Dissipation
