"I recently travelled to Malaga, Spain, and unfortunately, on arrival, I discovered my powered wheelchair had been damaged during the flight. It was a stressful situation, to say the least. In need of advice, I contacted Better Mobility in the UK. Nick, the workshop manager, took my call and was extremely helpful. Although repairs couldn’t be carried out while I was abroad, Nick's guidance and practical information were invaluable and helped me navigate a difficult situation. On my return to the UK, I contacted Better Mobility again. Keith, one of their engineers, promptly visited and completed temporary repairs to get me moving. His professionalism, knowledge, and straightforward approach were much appreciated. "Nick listened well to what we wanted and took measurements to design a wheelchair for Sue that closely resembled our old one. This included explaining the technicalities of the new model. Delivery was much quicker than we expected. One improvement would have to been to give a clear picture of how the chair would look and choice of colour. With black wheels and main frame it looks a bit clunky and more for an invalid !! Overall We are pleased with the company and your rep. "
